Terms of use

Last updated 8 October 2026

These terms are the rules for using Firstprint. By signing in or playing, you agree to them. They’re written to be read, so please do.

What Firstprint is

Firstprint is a free prediction game about crypto token prices. You predict where a token’s price will land and play with points. Firstprint is not a betting, trading or investment service: you can’t pay money to play, and you can’t win money.

Play fair

Don’t use more than one account, bots or scripts, fake or self-referrals, faked task completions, or bugs to gain points. If we see this, we may remove points, remove you from the leaderboard, or close the accounts involved. If you find a bug, please tell us instead: [email protected].

Tasks, invites and rewards

Tasks on X, invite rewards and daily points have limits shown in the app. We may change, pause or end them at any time. Linking your X username only lets us credit tasks to you. We don’t post on your behalf.

Not financial advice

Nothing on Firstprint is financial, investment or trading advice. Market questions and crowd percentages are part of a game. Crypto prices are volatile; never risk real money because of something you saw here.

The service

Firstprint is provided as it is, while it’s in testing. It may be slow, unavailable or have mistakes, and features may change. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from using Firstprint, including problems with your wallet, the Solana test network, or exchanges we refer to. Firstprint is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any exchange or token project shown.

Your data

How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and for important changes we’ll tell you in the app. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
